What it is
Gentle movement, breathwork, grounding practices, and nervous system support woven together to help you reconnect with the wisdom of your body. This is not a performance — it is a homecoming. You will be guided to feel safe, present, and fully alive in your own skin.
Sound Healing
What it is
You will relax while being immersed in live instruments and healing frequencies — crystal bowls, drums, and sacred tones — designed to support deep relaxation, emotional release, and nervous system restoration. No experience is needed. You simply receive.
Cacao Ceremony
What it is
Ceremonial cacao is a traditional heart-opening plant medicine used across many cultures to encourage presence, connection, reflection, and intention. We will gather in circle, set intentions, and drink together as a sacred act of opening. Participation is always optional and entirely at your own pace.
DJ Soul Siren Ecstatic Dance Journey
What it is
A judgment-free movement experience where you are invited to move however your body naturally wants to move. There is no choreography, no right way, and no wrong way. DJ Soul Siren (Brittani) will guide you through a ceremonial sonic journey that liberates your spirit and ignites the fire within. No dance experience required.
Womb-Centered Practices
What it is
Gentle, devotional practices that reconnect you with the creative and intuitive center of your body. Through breath, movement, and guided reflection, you will be invited to honor your feminine wisdom, release stored tension, and reclaim a sense of wholeness and power from within.
Live Music
What it is
Original live music woven throughout the retreat by our guest facilitators and Brittani. Music is medicine here — it is not background noise. It will move through you, open you, and carry you deeper into the experience at every stage of the journey.

The evening closes with a sacred ceremony of celebration, integration, and sisterhood.

She is a Sacred Voice Activator, Sound Healer, DJ Soul Siren, and Divine Feminine Mentor who has spent years guiding women back to the truth of who they are — through voice, ceremony, sound, and sacred sisterhood.
Her work is rooted in her own journey of rising — through loss, silence, and the long road back to her voice. She does not teach from theory. She teaches from the fire she has walked through herself.
At Phoenix Rises in Sedona, Brittani will lead voice activation experiences, sacred ceremony, sound healing, and the DJ Soul Siren ecstatic dance journey — holding the entire container with devotion, warmth, and fierce love.

Shine Sedona is a sacred, light-filled event space nestled in the heart of Sedona, Arizona — surrounded by the iconic red rock formations that have drawn seekers, healers, and visionaries for generations. The space is designed to hold ceremony, movement, and deep transformation.
Nearest Airport
Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) — approximately 2 hours by car. Flagstaff Pulliam Airport (FLG) is also an option at about 45 minutes.
Getting Around
A rental car is recommended. Sedona is a small town and most accommodations are within 10–15 minutes of the venue.
